qikserve countries listedSince the start of 2021, QikServe has added three countries to the list of regions in which it provides customers with online ordering and payment technologies. The latest QikServe countries added include the Czech Republic, Romania and Slovakia; other global customers include HMSHost (Vietnam), TGI Fridays (UK), Legoland (USA) and Fafas (Finland).

QikServe has always been committed to helping food and retail businesses around the world access fresh revenue streams and improving relationships with customers. Since the COVID-19 crisis, it has doubled-down on this commitment, helping businesses continue to trade safely, with minimal staff-to-customer contact.

The platform’s global expansion is underpinned by robust and flexible technology infrastructure. Country-specific tax rates and currencies are easily input and managed by the operator, while the interface is available in multiple languages. Furthermore, its services are supported by a strong international network of payment providers and technology partnersenabling digital payments to be taken and processed anywhere in the world.

Plans are already underway to launch the platform for clients in other countries in the coming weeks.

In addition to new territories, the number of companies QikServe has technology partnerships has grown rapidly; last year it formally announced its work with companies including Global PaymentsTalkBox and iiko. In January 2020, it announced a merger with Preoday, a move that is seeing the businesses collaborate to build the hospitality management platform of the future.

Dan RodgersPresident and Founder of QikServe comments: “At QikServe, we’ve always asserted our ability to serve any relevant food and hospitality business, no matter where it is in the worldWe’re absolutely delighted that our customers have taken us all over the world and this proves the strength of our solutions. We’re extremely proud of the whole team, from product and development to sales and marketing, for making such expansion possible. By next year I fully expect us to grow our global presence, helping many more hospitality operators serve more customers

Mat Caldwell, founded Hungry Monkey in Gibraltar has been using QikServe’s  technology in late 2015. He commented at the time that he was excited to be introducing “such innovative technology to Gibraltar.”  Since that time, the number of orders received by Hungry Monkey has increased year-on-year – including 2020; to date, it has processed over 550,000 orders.

Asked about their success of the platform, Caldwell said: “The flexibility of the platform allowed Hungry Monkey to scale very quickly as well as accommodate a variety of different requirements, such as integration with third parties and multiple ordering channels.”
