At the Global Micros User Conference, delegates were able to order drinks on their smartphones using the QikServe App.
3 bars serving over 300 delegates all powered by QikServe.
This was a remarkable opportunity to showcase guest-facing technology to the Oracle Micros user community.
In addition, QikServe had the opportunity to discuss rapid deployment of mobile ordering and payment through our fully integrated platform.
Our round table session focused on the creation of a new online restaurant demonstrating how easily this can be set up in less than an hour.
Attendees were able to order food & drinks and see orders sent directly to the POS and kitchen display system (KDS).
There was much conversation around the pros and cons of branded applications versus QikServe’s product based approach, in particular, highlighting the speed and cost effectiveness of deploying QikServe for hospitality customers.
