QikServe has partnered with Delaware North Companies (UK) to bring mobile self-ordering to the passengers at Edinburgh International Airport.
The Fringe Bar is the first venue in Edinburgh Airport where customers can use their own smartphone or mobile device, connected to the Internet, to check in to a table, browse the interactive menu, order and pay.
This means customers no longer have to queue at the bar and no longer have the inconvenience of taking their bags to the counter or risk leaving luggage unattended.
They can simply take a seat and order directly from their phone. The order is then delivered to them at their table.
QikServe brings another convenient service choice to customers and we are delighted to have Edinburgh International Airport on board.
