QikServe has partnered with hospitality ecommerce specialists Toggle, to streamline the way customers pay for their meal in restaurants using pre-purchased gift cards.
Our platform allows guests to order food online for collection, delivery, or in store to the table. Our partnership with Toggle means that when customers come to pay for their meal, they’re able to not only use methods such as ApplePay, Google Pay and card, but can also redeem a gift card purchased through Toggle’s platform. Customers choosing to pay by gift voucher can opt to use some or all the stored value on their card.
The integration between QikServe’s digital ordering platform and Toggle marks a shift in digital payment options for customers, allowing them to have greater choice and a more seamless experience, eliminating the need to use traditional paper vouchers.
Daniel Rodgers, Founder and President of QikServe comments, “Nowadays, if a restaurant is offering mobile ordering and payment, digital redemption of vouchers is an understandable customer expectation. By integrating Toggle’s gift card platform with our online ordering solutions, we can simplify operations for restaurants and give guests the convenient, seamless digital experience they’ve come to expect from leading brands today.”
Dan Brookman from Toggle adds, “Our partnership with QikServe not only benefits customers but also food and beverage operators. With digital gift card redemption, staff no longer need to spend time waiting for guests to find physical gift cards or inputting cumbersome voucher codes into the point of sale system. By giving guests the control to pay when and how they want, staff can spend more time focusing on enhancing the customer experience, turning tables and fulfilment.”
